Kelly Bartholf
Kelly is the office manager at DeWan & Schott and, generally speaking, the glue that holds everything together. Kelly assists with research, report production, quality control, and of course, she’s the friendly voice on the other end of the line when you call. Kelly has lived in Pine Plains most of her life. Her husband has been a volunteer firefighter for over 25 years, and her daughters are very involved at school and with the FFA. "I enjoy spending time with my family, baking, and helping at various events in my hometown. I have loved working at L.T. Bookhout and feeling like I am a part of a team. I am happy that Michael and Rob are including me in their new venture and look forward to continuing to assist in producing good-quality, high-standard appraisals."
Kelly went to Berkeley College in White Plains, NY and got her start as a customer service representative in an insurance agency. In 1992, Kelly came to work for L.T. Bookhout, Inc. as a secretary and she has been with Lee some 15 years now, though her role has evolved into that of an office manager as well as an administrative assistant. “We are so lucky to have Kelly involved with our new firm,” says Rob Schott, “not only is her body of knowledge and skill set integral to the success of our new firm, but her face and voice enable a fantastic continuity of relations with our clientele as they transition from L.T Bookhout, Inc. to DeWan & Schott Appraisal Associates, LLC.”
